When your in the middle of a negotiation, you keep your mouth shut and worry about the task at hand. Not once did the NHL or owners bash the players. He acted like a 12 year old boy. Be a man and handle it like a man. His apology was just to save face.

Someone else said somewhere that if the NHL wants to make this right with the fans they should give it to everyone for free this year. I have to say I agree. It's something I usually buy, but even at a reduced price it's not something I'm paying for this year.

I realize for you it's a bit different since if you want to see the Sabres you pretty much have to have it, but for your sake I hope they either give it free or at least make a huge price reduction.

After pulling this stunt, he shouldn't. Besides, there are plenty of US goalies that will be more than capable to be there. Quick is probably going to be the starter for the US if they are able to participate.
