If the NHLPA pulls that I want to see MJL or anyone else pro-NHLPA justify it.

To this point I am 100% down in the middle and think that both sides are idiots for getting us to this exact time and place. If those reports on the new measure added are true then Don Fehr and the NHLPA become the orcs to my elves!

A last stab saying... yeah, we would like this and then accepting a subsequent go to hell from the NHL, ok, but they can`t seriously expect it.

Exactly. Now the League/Owners should counter with including all endorsement money into HRR. Maybe tell the players that their per deims are gone and that they can pay for their own: hotels, equipment, sticks, medical care, facility fees, marketing etc. etc. etc.

Sorry, but Fehr and PA have over extended their reach into the League/Owners' pockets and they're about to lose their hands AND THEY DESERVE IT!

Maybe in a functional negotiation process this could be considered a trading chip but in this "negotiating" process it's a poison pill. This is going to infuriate Bettman. Once the NHL sees this, after being made to wait around for an hour, they're more likely to get up and leave than look for another area to trade off.

This certainly detracts from any semblance of good faith bargaining should the players indeed choose to decertify and take their fight to the courts. This is a bad play by Fehr.

If Fehr tries to tinker with the HRR. Then the season will be over, and I would think that would been shown as evidence that the PA does not bargin in good faith.
