Watching the Juniors makes me miss NHL hockey even more. Especially when they have NHL clips in the ad breaks.

I thought about putting something intelligent and socially acceptable but I didn't I made my choice and I'm happy with it.

Subban finally looks decent. Seth jones has not done anything for me this tournament. Looked pretty bad that first period.

More depth up front for Team Canada. Galchenyuk is getting no help on his line.

Galchenyuk is the only American who looks remotely dangerous.

Seriously, one time shots on the PP with nobody in front of the net? Lame.

Yeah they were just mentioning how their top line isnt producing. Tyler biggs seems to be throwing is weight around, i assume they would like scoring from his line. Jones seems not his self this gAme. Also how tall is Grimaldi?

Definitely no secret there. This US team isn't particularly deep. And before someone says it, no I'm not comparing them to Canada. I don't think it's unfair to say Canada's team will always be better on paper.

No Canada won't always be better on paper the US has made big strides in the last 4 or 5 years in this tournament.

They definitely have, they are no doubt legitimate gold medal contenders every year. I just think the amount of high-end prospects Canada has, and will always have, will usually outnumber the US.

The lockout is helping Team Canada, the whole top line wouldn't be there if the NHL was playing. The USA program is getting better, in normal circumstances, it would be VERY close in terms of talent.

Strome
Huberdeau
RNH
Hamilton
Scheifele

All these guys would be in the NHL.

Very true. Like I said, not trying to crap on my countries team here.

Side note..if the Islanders end up with another high pick...god damn do I want Drouin

I would say the defense and goaltending of the US is just as good, if not better than Canada. Canada definitely have better forwards.

I don't see the US coming back here. Not enough scoring depth and Subban is having a great game.

If there is no season they'll have a fantasy draft where the #1 pick will magically go to the Penguins.

The kid is awesome, hard worker, great hands, amazing vision, I think he will go before McKinnon.

Drouin should go to MTL....he is French
