I don't understand how these so-called "teams to beat" that you talk about, Finland and the US, keep getting beat.



Finland came damn close to going to the relegation round. They still can, actually. Sweden should beat them, and it's entirely possible Swizerland can beat the Czechs.

Hell, even the US could end up in the relegation round at this point. It just takes one game against a team that managed to keep Russia very tight.

Meanwhile, guess who's playing for a bye? Those terrible teams Russia and Canada.
