I for one, don't need to be patronized! When they get their collective heads out of their asses, play a meaningful 52 game season. This isn't WWE, and I don't care about those fringe, casual fans from some obscure, non-hockey town. If the city they're in doesn't support it......MOVE the franchise! Why should I have to pay $150 for a prime seat, only to have MY teams revenue shared with a team from a city who can only command $70 for a prime seat, and then that team bids against mine for free agents with the money they took from ME! It's time to hand things over to arbitrators. It's overwhelming obvious these men are not competent enough to get things done. What is the legal terming of this? A vote of No Confidence?

Secret or announced, does it really make one iota of difference? Ek just loves playing secret double agent annonymous hockey blogger guy! He's got super secret informants and sources which most likely all carry cyanide capsules on their person at all times in case of capture or their identities are compromised.

This is the kind of stuff that brings him joy. Like when a boy gets to see his first boobies, he fantasizes incessantly about them. Obviously that's about all it really amounts to though is fantansy. That, and alot of wanking.

Theres something really (frank)ing fishy about this not being handed over to arbitration at this point.....since the courts are now involved, lets open this (frank)ing can of worms wide open...its time for truth people....the integrity of the stanley cup is at stake, and the fans money for (frank) sakes

Do you just make this crap up?? Secret negotiations starting on christmas day? Really?? The season is done, just face it already! Both sides are to blame and both sides truly suck! When the NHL resumes (most likely in January 2014), I will still watch on tv and follow the league in the media, but I will NEVER buy another ticket or any merchandise again. Furthermore if a few teams go bankrupt and players lose their jobs,it will bring a smile to my face. The hell with all of them!!!
