change of topic? the gypsy ghosts entered some fresh fm contest where you have to do a live performance on a low fi recording of a canadian artist.

we did the shape i'm in by the band

they actually played this on the radio today which i don't think was supposed to happen (video is what was asked for submission, so i'm a lil confused)

if we win we get 4 grand worth of recording time.. which would be very nice

but yeah, i was on the radio today

So does that mean the Marlies have a deal with the Vegas Wranglers of the ECHL or was that a one player deal?

They have no agreement with an ECHL club....they have placed players with ECHL teams in Idaho and California, I believe

Hard to imagine the Leafs being out bid for a team but another team signed a deal with the Reading Royals. Why the Leafs didn't reach a new agreement with them is a mystery.

Reading Royals were affiliated primarily with Boston and secondarily with Toronto...they are now Washington's.....no idea what happened and why

A wood plate with a metal spike in the middle, which they pile meat on.

And some veggies - like fries, onion rings and maybe cole slaw.

Beef, chicken, turkey, pork.

And wash it down with some Egri Bikaver.

I think it works the same way as teams that don't have AHL affiliates... you kinda just disperse your players between a few teams.
