Any of you Phillies fans interested in Bourn?

I would give a yes to that personally. Nice to watch a player turn four balls into a triple.

This QMJHL game has been solid. Next up Friday Niagara vs London for some OHL action.

Well they need power & a right handed bat so that wouldn't be a bad idea but free agency is not good & they lack depth in their system to get all that they need.

This lockout could hurt the decisions all the Olympic teams have to make for 2014, no? Actual rosters are announced a few months before the Winter Games but players are normally watched closely the season before the Olympics.

I haven't been able to get on in sometime. I am completely out of the loop. Has Luke Schenn been to Philadelphia yet? What is Chris Pronger's health status?

The NHL never even said what it's plans were yet. Even if it does allow them they still have plenty of time to name a roster with a short season plus the start of the next.

Weird how a person would dare ask how another person is feeling. I didn't ask if he was going to play hockey again...

You just won my heart forever. I am marrying my D&D dork so I don't lose my GM. Couldn't imagine life without a gamer in it. I'm the tank, he's the healer. It works well knowing I won't let him live down letting me die We still have nearly weekly games at our place with friends.
He was only a mild hockey fan until I came into his life. Hockey is something I hooked him on! But yeah I miss a cold beer and hockey on those days when work was rough and I don't want to think or scramble for dice under the couch.

Bill's been my lifeline this (non)season.

Nice!

My late first wife was a gamer and hockey fan. My wife now is a hockey fan and video gamer. I've not yet been successful getting her to try tabletop RPG's, but the Dr. Who game will probably get her to make a stab at it.

Nice to hear about the (almost) weekly games. It's a great social pastime - that somehow gets ridiculed for being "antisocial." Heh.

Happy gaming,
