LOL!

i like the last idea, even if a deal is done!

F em both!

IMO neither of them have done their job well.

- big_dion

It'd be poetic justice if when they finally returned, absolutely no one went to the first games.

Empty rinks would scare them into never putting fans through this foolishness again.

Won't happen.

Next time I will give out a ban if I see as many reported posts that are not warranted by one person, it was a nuisance.

Impact in the NHL, I have doubt about that..Maybe a career 3rd liner..
- bixll

i think the dream will be a 2nd line winger and will get powerplay time and shootout.

my guess.

Does Francois, the fictional Red Wings scout, agree with this?
- Two_For_Truth

Dude, I have never seen you write one constructive thing. Your views on hockey are outdated and often ridulous, yet you talk down to people like you think you actually know anything. Just spending the most time here does not make you intelligent. I offered to send you his email. He's as real as you or me. But whatever, why would you want to learn anything right? You already know everthing. So much for citing sources.

Thought i read that they joined the meetings after the break last night.

It was simply a way to get through to the players without them seething and closing up every time Bettman opened his mouth.

If people think that the stance on either side is drastically different from what Bettman has been talking about the whole time, then they are fooling themselves.

- CaptainK

yeah, but by getting rid of the two polarizing attitudes though I think they actually might start talking.

which is what needs to happen first and foremost.

they wont strike a deal not talking to each other.. so if keeping those two out of the circle keeps dialogue open then they both should just step back and offer advice from the outside through their second in command

Personally, I think he is SOFT, and gets hurt.. Run over in the first 3 months of getting back into the NHL. Plays about 4 more years at 40 games per, and goes away..

It depends, I have seen and took care of about 200 by myself, that was just checking them periodically, all refs have access to check them.

You say anyone who doesn't agree with you is an idiot in almost all of your trolling posts.

I admire your devotion though.

It shouldnt happen either. I would pay scalpers prices to go the first Leafs game back if I had the money.

Fans need to realize that collective bargaining, as much as it sucks, is a part of every proffession.

So you didn't get to attend a private party with the cup hosted by a champion of the team you have cheered for since you could crawl.

but hey you got to see it once.
