i'm just worried that with the appearance of Tyreese (and about time too) this might mean the end for Darryl for sure, he was essentially a character who was holding down Tyreese's role as Rick's right hand man in the comics
i hope they can both stay though, both are great characters

I think Merle is just going undercover. They'll get banished, go to the prison and then Merle will turn on all of them when they need him most. The Governor is a sick puppy. Anyone else notice how they're steadily making him look a little more like the Governor from the books every episode?
