he's a good manager..

and its a different team now.. need a guy with experience there.. i think he was a good choice.. was never a big fan of the move to drop him in '08 just because someone had warm and fuzzy feelings and wanted to get Gaston back in there

Surprised its him. Some have said its a good move that he's a good manager, but I didn't think so, mediocre was my thinking. I guess the biggest plus on this would be the sternness that he brings. I just don't think this fits with the other moves so far this offseason.
