AHL success and NHL success aren't the same thing. Just like if you look at the european leagues right now, example. Czech league, its not the NHL players who are running away with the scoring leads. Syracuse is a better team the Oklahoma, they have more AHL experience on that team then Oklahoma does. Eberle/RNH/Hall should rack up points, but I expect the more experienced AHL stars to still finish ahead of them in the scoring race. Doesn't mean the three Oiler golden boys aren't among the best players in the league, just that I'm don't think based on past history they'll finish at the top of the scoring heap. They, along with Couturier and Schenn should be up there though.

And I included the scoring list from the last lockout.....Staal should've finished ahead of all those guys except maybe Spezza but he didn't.

I don't think Edmonton really cares if they dominate like the manchild of Gretzky and Lemieux as long as they continue to do what they do in the NHL when the season starts in 2016
