I agree 100% with everything you say. Obviously you have to be a pretty good player. But if you could somehow go for 20 years, you can really rack up the points.

So should Gordie Howe be there?

Kessel's already on 4. If he gets to 15, will you admit he's half decent?

I can imagine the uproar if Kessel kept this pace for 15 more years and didn't get in.

Gordie Howe:

Art Ross Trophy (1951, 1952, 1953, 1954, 1957, 1963)
First All-Star Team Right Wing (1951, 1952, 1953, 1954, 1957, 1958, 1960, 1963, 1966, 1968, 1969, 1970)
Hart Memorial Trophy (1952, 1953, 1957, 1958, 1960, 1963)
Lester Patrick Trophy (1967)
Second All-Star Team Right Wing (1949, 1950, 1956, 1959, 1961, 1962, 1964, 1965, 1967)

Mike Gartner:

(awkward silence)

Are you saying Sundin got in because he played in Vancouver at the end of his career?

I guess Vantel was right....

Plus, to be fair, he has a term used in hockey named after him. Although that would mean Ryan Kesser may have to go in now.

I think you can pick an easier target than one of the 6 players in NHL history to break 700 goals for someone who doesn't deserve to be in the Hall.

Name him.

Other than Joey Mullen, of course. I'm not happy with that one, either.
