Roberto Luongo has been traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs, NHL is waiting for him to arrive in TO to announce a new CBA was agreed to with the PA and announce the trade.
Luongo is on his way....should arrive next month.

This is probably pretty accurate depending on how the new CBA ends.
If the last 5 years of contract cap are going back to the Nucks regardless, then his value goes up in trade. Now you are trading his true talent. I.e. you get real value back.
If those last 5 years end up being traded with lu, then his value goes way way down.
I.e. it becomes a cap dump, and you get nothing back. |

He plays old school, he was very cautious almost the entire game, especially around the bell....
He is def getting better playing live thou....A full season layoff should make him 2x the live pokerplayer.
