At this point I'm 100% with the league on this. These players have some nerve. 50/50 is very fair. At the end of day it's not just about rev. It's about profits.

This guy fehr feeding them NHL proposal with a bias and of course they think it's bad.
The fact nhlpa came back with 3 totally different proposal at this point shows they have no sense of urgency to get back and save the season. I say let them all stay overseas forever. Have fun telling your family your movi to Russia

Neither offer would have actually been 50/50. Neither side is right. Everyone sucks. Go Giants.

exactly..the players aren't rejecting a 50/50 split. they are rejecting the process of getting to a 50/50 split overnight and not honoring exsisting contracts.

I am worried about the Redskins though. They are a good team and they beat us last year with Rex Grossman

Mehh...Niners are 10x better and we trounced them. Although the Cowboys and the Eagles are nothing special and we lost to them. If we contain Bob Griffin (I refuse to call him RG3 or Robert Griffin the 3rd) then we will almost definitely win. Big "if" though.

@JeffBlay: Mitch Theoret picked up a goal & 2 assists in the win, giving him 4 goals & 3 assists in the past 4 games. #Isles #IceDogs

Who saw that one coming out of Niagara?

Last I heard Lee wanted to finish his college education, don't know that for sure though. My hope would be that after this season he signs and goes to Bridgeport.

"NEW YORK – The National Hockey League announced today the cancellation of the 2012-13 regular-season schedule through November 1. A total of 135 regular-season games were scheduled for Oct. 11 through Nov. 1.

The cancellation was necessary because of the absence of a Collective Bargaining Agreement between the NHL Players' Association and the NHL."

Bridgeport's 3-0 on the season now...won last night. Nino had another goal on a weird bounce off the boards, and Poulin looked good.

Yeah, he had a good game, too. Hopefully he was just a bit shaken up from blocking the shot. If he does end up injured though, and if it was indeed from blocking a shot, I guess the silver lining would be it wasn't anything to do with the shoulder.
