It's no Quebec City or Vancouver, but I like it. Nice waterfront, nice parks. Still has a small town feel to it.

Because it IS small town.

Its a nice place, sure. But its small time. Its irrelevant. If that's what you want, good for you, but its not in the same class as Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary.

It's nowhere near as big as Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Vancouver but it's not a "small town."
Bigger places I wouldn't mind to live: Vancouver, Quebec City, Montreal.
