Much like Ron Wilson, Eakins is far too open and honest with the media. He said it himself in that interview that he reads and follows everything that the media says about the Leafs. Right off the bat, that's a bad sign. A guy who pays attention to the media is going to get eaten alive in Toronto. Just look at Burke.

I'm still puzzled there's no vet. There were several okay names that will at least hold the fort to some degree. I'm pretty shocked nothing got done on a goalie.

D is improving and there is hope with the Marlies but nothing in terms of centre and goalie though.

The media can only use something if you give them something to use.

I really hope it was much more than that. That would be very unhealthy if you were using the normal chart for males his age. His body fat should be greater than 13% which would make him exceptionally lean. However I would want to carry body fat range a little higher at the start of the season for energy and endurance. Body fat is not a bad thing. Your body need fuel to burn when it is not processing food. Even if you eat a regimental diet 7 to 10 times per day your body will occassionally burn fat, because use and healing rates happen on the body's schedule not your meal plan.

15 to 22% would be good imo.
