I dont think it would make sense to sell when the lease is up. Thats when he can turn the profit around. Hes taken the pain already for the last 10 years. It would make sense for him to move the team before selling it.

Only problem is the NHL is not just gonna let him move the team to where ever he wants. I honestly think he would sell the team before he would move them out of NY. I think being a Long Island guy he wouldn't want to be the guy who moved the Islanders out of NY, just my opinion

After reading countless articles stating that Wang despises him and won't allow him into the coliseum. Reading one where he was actually barred from the coliseum. I don't think they'll be doing buisness together anytime soon.

Thank you. Patty wants nothing to do with the isles until Wang is gone. Lets see Patty is in the NHL HOF but he is not good enough for Wangs HOF Absolute joke. SELL THE TEAM CHARLIE!!!!!

I never heard he was barred either.. he asked for a credential to meet Brian Burke at the NVMC & the Isles denied him the credential, but he wasn't barred.. he still entered the building & met Burke... Burke had to get him a ticket thou.

I dont know if you know.. Pat LaFontaine is my god... He is my all time fav player & in my eyes can do no wrong. So im not sticking up for Wang, if Wang does/did Patty dirty.. Charlie can eat shlt & die... but I just have never heard about it.

On point one...that is the very definition of a "dig." If everything was all sunshine and rainbows between the two, Patty wouldn't need a ticket to meet with someone at the Coliseum.

On point two, I agree completely. There are people I haven't spoken to for years, and with good reason. If one of them contacted me to severely overpay me for one of my guitars, I'd be more than happy to take some money from them!
