I think it was Leafs mods leafman and Angie banning anyone that said anything negative about the Leafs. Mods like that make it worse not better.

The same accusation could easily be made by the people I ban. Doesn't make it true. Believe it or not, some people get banned for good reason and then blame the mods. Sad but true.

Getting a fan base fired up because I rip their team for 10 pages isn't ban worthy. IMO.

Who would think Toronto is a rival? Everybody feels sorry for the Leafs. They're embarrassing from ownership, to management and to the players themselves. No intelligence or character in any facet of that organization. I'm not trolling but just speaking the truth. Knowing Juice he'll ban me for a month for this, like he does with every minor thing I say.


On a side not Evan McEneny has three assists in 4 games. He's more touted as a shutdown two way defenseman in the mold of a Corrado and Tanev.....similar styles, so let's see if his offensive game develops. Which many people think will.

It doesn't kill the enjoyment what so ever. When I'm here to talk hockey I don't even read the trolling parts. It's entertaining every now and then though. I'm sure people ignore it for the most part. The refs here can't tell the difference between and argument and trolling it's pathetic. People argue about sports.

Edit: also, I think people are leaving because there's no hockey and when there is the rumours are generally poop.

Not defensive at all...just heard this argument before and just find the same hatred people have for Toronto in Canada is the same people have for NY in the states...yet I absolutely love NY and would move there in a heartbeat as it's Toronto x10.

Don't get me wrong, like I said, there's lots of people here and many are idiots...but they're in every city including MTL, Chicago and Vancouver. I have friends in Vancouver that don't like it and want to come back to Toronto and I have friends in MTL that hate Toronto cause "it's too big and too fast".

I like the big cities, I don't get offended by the go go go of it or someone bumping into me on a packed street. If you're in a big city and you're driving/walking like a grandma, damn right you'll get honked at or cut off...it's a busy place and you're messing up traffic.

Again, the people who are offended easily might not like it, fair enough. But I love it, I get it, I appreciate it for what it is and what it offers and whenever I've travelled for any length of time to any other smaller city I think "it's weird". But I don't go around saying "Vancouver is weird" just cause I feel that way and then hating the city for it.

You're really not doing anything to dispel any of the reasons I had for disliking Toronto. Infact, your post perfectly summarizes a lot of Torontoians attitudes. "Toronto is the best! Only weird people don't like it!" As if there's something wrong with me because I don't like Toronto. Dude, relax. Lot's of people don't like your precious Toronto. Big deal. We're all different. I love New York as you do and would also love to live there.
