Hey, when the reciever signals for a fair catch, is the line of scrimmage where the ball lands?

Yes it is. When returner catches the fair catch it is, if he signals for one and let's it go it is where it lands or 20 yd line if it goes into endzone.

I may get lambasted for this...(frank), who am I kidding...I WILL get lambasted for this. But I miss hockey fights. I miss Orr beating up Carkner. He was a terrible player and a waste of a roster spot...but (frank) I enjoyed that guy.
