That's a shame. You missed a lot of great hockey.

Oh sure, now you're going to try and tell us that's when you were born...

Then I suppose you'll try and make people believe that's what the 87 in your name is for, when we all know it's related to your admiration for Crosby.

You're sooo transparent.

I have dvd's... but its hard to watch them and even get remotely close to feeling excited to be honest. I have a ton of respect for them though.

The Broad Street Bullies thing HBO did was fantastic though.

I didn't vote for him. One season was not enough for me, especially in light of the "Flyers" resumes of the others I did pick.
- MBFlyerfan

One mediocre season at that. If we were voting on whole carreer yes but not on the all-time flyers list.

Bill, is there a specific reason you placed some of the names on that list? Some of them are complete head scratchers. Pat Falloon? Villie Leino? Podien and Jones? Amonte and Jagr are "names" but hardly all time Flyers. Neither even scored 30 goals for the flying P. I mean Derek Smith had a more significant Flyers career.

I actually forgot Amonte was a Flyer until I saw the list. Also a little surprised not to see Sami Kapanen on there.

The only game I regularly go back and watch is the Miracle on Manchester. I watch it every summer. I remember seeing it live and being completely aghast. It's the only non Flyers game I really love.

Not that I'd vote for them but both Don Saleski and Mike Knuble played more significant careers here then some of the names on the list.

Does anyone think by the time Hartnell's new contract his vote total will be significantly higher?

How did Dave Brown get any votes? More votes than Tony Amonte, Keith Jones, Kevin Dineen and Wayne Simmmnds?

I had to vote for Hartnell. Barber, Leach, LeClaire, Gagne, Kerr, Propp, Hartnell...I'd love to get Recchi in there too.

I liked Gagne but I dont get all the love for him. He was injured a ton and his carreer stats dont match up to Tochetts. He had the two big 40 plus goal seasons but was pretty sporadic after that.
