Interesting acticle on Chris Pronger. Looks like the Flyers will continue to pay his full salary till 2017. I guess because he was signed after age 35. Even thogh he will never play, technically he won't retire.

Saving Private Ryan didnt win an Oscar for best picture, thats really all you have to know about the awards they hand out at these functions.

I love the show, don't need an award to tell me that. Although it does probably mean a lot to the actors/actresses involved with the show so I kinda feel bad for them.

That being said I downloaded Homeland and intend on starting it later today, hopefully its good. The more good shows the better.

Parity is alive and well in the NFL. What a bizarre year so far. Our survivor pool has 89 teams and it's down to 5 after 3 weeks.

Oh and when I go to Phoenix this week for the Dolphins game I'm going to hunt Dan Carpenter down like a dog.
