Tangerines on sale yesterday at the grocery store. I picked up a box. Random guy standing there says I wouldn't do that. I say no? He says in front of my 4 yr old, They have (frank)ing seeds in them

Our electrician came by Friday to estimate for wiring our attic space into a master suite. Estimate $600. I did most of the prep work as per his specs which should have saved an hour or so in labour costs. He couldnt come on a day I was off work so my wife was here.
Yesterday: "Final" cost: $700, the wiring is not connected to the breaker, there are no plugs, and no light switches, just boxes mounted to the studs and wiring pulled through my pre-drilled holes.

Predictions as to how much screaming I will be doing before I get this job fixed and finished for free?

The point being that why are strangers feeling more and more comfortable blathering nonsense randomly. The other interesting fact is that a 4 year old will believe that the seeds were put in by Santa's elves to track whether or not kids are being naughty or nice.
