Jagr had 8 points in 11 playoff games, how bad could he have been?

The entire Flyers team was awful against NJ.

If I am correct most of those came in some brutaly lopsided games against the Pens where they for some reason did not/could not show up.

Outside of Danny Briere that comment applies to every Flyer in the NJ series.

doan't worry they wont have that problem anymore becuase Buffalo is trading Sekera for him.. There is nothing to talk about and it is going to get worse.

BTW.. i still think Broduer may be better than MAF with his stick.. he still has a quick poke check when needed and still handles the puck behind the net but him 5 years ago would be unequaled in that department.

Yeah I won't argue against people picking Brodeur for that at all, he is one of the best in that regard.

the poke check is becoming quite the thing of the past lately.. never understood that though.. when done correctly it is a great weapon.. i guess maybe that is because when you fail it is almost a gaurenteed goal.

I think the better goalies in the shootout still utilize the poke check well, you almost have to.
