sorry. you're being serious. No, I don't think history repeats. This team needs time to get up to speed, just like last year. Finding chemistry with the top 3 lines especially.. with Tedenby, Butler, no Parise, Zajac, Henrique, Elias.. where everyone fits and how they read off each other.. not to mention Teddy getting up to NHL speed. We're a trade away from what I think can be a contender with the top teams in the east. I think we'll finish in the bottom 4 and will most likely draw a Pittsburgh or Boston or NY.. teams that if healthy, will be really hard to get past. All of them have improved, maybe not the Pens.. but with a healthy Crosby I'd say they're improved. We're the same, minus Parise, and another year behind Elias and Marty. I don't think history repeats itself unfortunately. But I sure hope it does.

I don't know about anyone else, but I love TSN's coverage of hockey. Duthie, Dreger, Lebrun, and MacKenzie are awesome. During boring games, I'd rather watch these guys talk about the game than the game itself.

Dregs, Lebrun (some positive for ESPN), and Bobby Mac are the most credible sources in hockey right now.

It's not a perfect product, but compared to everything else I watch? I watched a bunch of streamed games from MSG, ESPN, NBC, even CBC (whose coverage would also lag without Ron McLean), and it's like comparing minor league coverage to major league coverage (TSN).

As for whether I'm biased, I don't watch anything else from Canadian media other than home design shows: the rest of the tv I watch is American. However, the hockey coverage up here is grade A to me.
