i feel brayden will get an utley-type treatment
- Crimsoninja

If he continues the way he did the second half of the season I think he will get a pass. But I also remember that he was being killed as a bust the first half of the season.

My bets are on the Schenn BROTHERS. Luke probably more so than Brayden.

I dont think the schenn Bros get the scapegoat treatement. They both hit and are physical. Thats a recipe to make them fan favorites.

As for JVR....Good riddance hes in toronto....i didnt care for his BS.

If he can play like he did on several occassions during the Pens series... he not only will be loved, he will be one of the better players on the team. The way he physically asserted himself in that series was a thing of beauty.
2 goals, 4 assists, 6 points, 19 hits in 6 games...

That's not a battle I would advise B Schenn to engage in.

I really beleive he is going to be a big time player for the Flyers. There's some young guys in Schenn X2, Voracek, Couturier that I'm really looking forward to watching this Season.

I keep praying it starts on time.. these kids could be the flyers ticket. Maybe not just yet, but I feel great about these players

He doesn't have to fight him to get even. I've seen Schenn through a few decent hits in the past

I agree MJL... B. Schenn is good at a lot of things and fighting, at this point in time, is not one them.

It will be very interesting to see who will be the Flyers scapegoats this upcoming Season. Most of the top candidates are gone.
- MJL

Shelley, Rinaldo, Llija, Voracek if he pass instead of shooting on an open net.

Further, there's just not much for him to gain from getting back at Asham. To parrot Mike Rupp, "He's irrelevant."

Voracek is going to have a big year. The rest are role players and anyone who makes a role player a scapegoat is out to lunch.

I think both Schenn brothers will be well liked in Philly. They're both physical and work hard. I mean, there's still people here who like Dan McGillis, for Pete's Sake
