He has done what he said he would, which is not a lot, but he also didn't go sign a bunch of over aged and over paid free agents. What he has done could maybe be done by some, with patience and time, but not by a LOT of people on this site.

outside of that cup run, lowe had his problems for sure. still on the fence about how i feel about him..but to give ST any credit outside reaping the benefits of high picks is laughable. id love for him to prove me wrong....
