I dont care what anyone says........the fact that he filed a grievance means he doesnt want to play on the isles. I dont care what they write in the media or what his agent says. Its not about the principle of the contract, its about the fact that he doesnt want to play otherwise he wouldnt have bothered.

I actually dont recall anyone on here not liking the Viznovsky trade. Matter of fact, even some of the "less knowledgable" fans were happy.

Why?? If the guy is on the block... Not to mention the trade took place on the first day of the draft... Not only do GMs not have time to read through a whole standard contract during a trade... it was DRAFT DAY... he was kind of busy with "OTHER" things. Lastly.. you act like you know that he DIDN'T ask.... or that he wasn't told. Both sides knew it was a moot point. Even Visnovsky's agent has said they don't feel they will win this.. but they have to try.
He rolled the dice on a very good player, acquired him for nothing, knowing there was a 50% chance he would file a grievance & then if he did there would be a less then 50% chance of Vis winning.. those are good odds for a player like Vis. Let me guess this scenario is impossible.. right??
