I play hockey 2-3 times a week, and have for 3 years and it never kept me in shape. I have to run 5 days a week like 8km a run to keep me in shape.

No, but Finn will kind of mold himself into that quiet two-way guy who plays a lot of defensive minutes, like Girardi, IMO.

Finn does block shots. He's a very strong defensive player, who has some strength and footwork issues.

He's a pole, and gets outmuscled pretty easy so far. And he stops moving his feet and gets blown past to the outside. But yea, he's the type to play a shutdown role, block shots, use his stick to deflect pucks, etc.
