yeah burgers i've never had an issue with. steaks were just really, really tough. there is just no fat on those things i guess. and they werent cheap. 3 tseaks were $35.

cut them up in in pieces, toss them in a salad bowl with red onions, olive oil, some lemon, salt/pepper.

enjoy on a hot day with a scotch.
