Nashville gave Paul Gaustad $3.2M and gave up a first round pick to acquire him in the first place. He has never eclipsed 20 goals or 40 points and there hundreds of third line centers available.

I'd rather give Hall $6M than Gaustad $3.2M.

I think you prove a point...There are certain teams that have to sign players for higher value then they are worth. I know NSH is one of them. But also think Edmonton is as well.
