I will watch a lot less, thats for sure

baseball turned me off in the mid 90's and I have never been close to the same fan of the game since

hockey will fall down my list behind golf and college basketball if there is another work stoppage and I will no longer get the hockey package and reduce the games I go to each year. I would not plan trips back home around the sabres schedule.

Yeah I'm trying to see if this guy has legit info, his tweets aren't unrealistic but if we don't get Gagner by Mon or Tue like he said he will lose a ton of respect.

I know everybody gets all over Garth's blogs and I don't think they are great or anything but I think Kevin's blogs are awful

They usually are. I will 100% give you that, but I think what he's been doing lately, with the players points projections, is cool and fun.

But, otherwise, yes, he's terrible. (No offense, Kev)

However, with that being said, it's really not his fault. He runs another Sabres site full time, and he's probably stretched way too thin with his time management. I think we need another (different) blogger who can give himself 100% to the cause, instead of someone who's burning the candle at both ends.

Another lock out will crush this sport to the end, maybe Bettman is the problem.

I used to be of this line of thinking...then I remembered that David Stern is still the commissioner of the NBA. Things could always be worse.

They usually are. I will 100% give you that, but I think what he's been doing lately, with the players points projections, is cool and fun.

Not a Bettman fan. We are on the verge of yet another work stoppage under his guidance. (Will this be the 3rd or 4th? Can't keep track)

However, i do think the guy has finally learned his lesson with putting NHL teams where they do not belong. If it's true that Seattle and Quebec City are next on the radar, then he has learned his lesson.

so i bought a sabres decal, license plate cover, mats, and hanging helmets for my rear view mirror. plus i will be putting one of my sabres pillow pets in the back seat. too much? i think just right.
