Here's a question for everyone out there; what would Buffalo have to give up to land P. Sharp? Stafford, Foligno, Adam, and Enroth?

This guy can play both wings and center. You can certainly go out and get him while keeping Van and Pommer in the process.

If Sekera is played in the right situations he's actually very good. The problem is they expect too much from him and that's what ends up being his downfall.

He's also good for at least 1 really stupid mistake per game. But, he really was one of the most solid guys we had on the blueline this year.

Between Pysyk and McNabb I'd rather keep McNabb but again like 89 said for Ryan I'd move either one.

Playing 20 or so games at center with some success isnt going to give Ennis enough leverage as an RFA to ask for anything in the 3M range. If the Sabres end up giving it to him then they obviously feel very strongly about his potential.

It would probably be wise for both sides if the deal did not surpass 2 years and the term was closer to 2M than 3M. If Ennis continues to improve, he will get a nice new contract in the short term future. If he doesn't improve, then the Sabres arent overpaying.

Thinking outside the box tonight are we folks.. obviously id trade tj over them.. i might how ever keep tj over weber? Thoughts?

Sekera to me... Is not good in his own zone.. where i think leo is better... And i dont think sekera is better offensively by enough to offset the defensive liability or make up for a vet on this team.

As far as a ufa dman next year... NSHs Klein.. love the guy! Big and physical.. blocks shots like a wall.. and is relatively cheap right now.

Agreed on keeping Mcnabb .But i would rather send someone else . Sekera needs another year or 2 to be anything worth his contract . ( he will be )
