really eh!? i get this one from Fortino's. its like 6.99 or something and its sOOOO good...its some sort of orange cheese with jalepeno, il have to doubel check next time, il take a picture of it..

anyhow, they make it there and they are usually only good for a week or 2 after, maybe tahts part of it? i have no clue! il take a pic next time like i said and wel get to the bottom of this! but id imagine your right! i just eat it! <3

but i am serious.. cheddar takes too long to age.. and the jalepenos go bad..

you are probably thinking of jalepeno havarti.. which is a young enough cheese to put the peppers in and thats so damn tasty

i have some real cheddar in the fridge.
now i'm going to saute some jalapenos in butter, scald some milk and whisk in that real cheddar and have some nachos
