Just bought a new litter brand for the cats. I find it smells better than the one I used before but the pee doesn't stick together enough so it creates a lot of little pieces that go through the scoop and quite frankly, I don't think I will buy that litter brand once again.

The Yoga is (frank)ed.

I did a couple of cycles of P90 a couple of years ago but when I finished my basement I was forced to take down my chin-up bar. However I still do a session of the yoga every now and then.

I do the ab ripper X...well, some of it with my own exercises mixed in...

I find the other exercises in P90X very boring...yes they are tough, but just too boring to stick with it.

I have, it is pretty tough. I only had 40 pounds dumbells which made alot of the exercices too easy for me on the other had. Yoga was alot harder than I imagined. Overall great home workout.

He still could use more mass
