Im sorry folks ..... i quickly looked at Ennis stats and didnt realize that his 65 point season was in the AHL!

his 2 NHL seasons he has 49 points and 34 points.

I would hazard a guess that his price had already gone up which is why he isn't signed right now.

Maybe this will be the final straw for us to trade him - unless what he's asking for is too rich for any team.

If he wants 4+ then do the Ryan trade already. And if it's too much for them, ship him off to team that needs to add cap.

I still believe that the reason why Ennis is resigned is because we want a short term deal 2-3 years with him.. whereas if he were to be in a trade to Anaheim they would want him for longer than that maybe 4-5 year deal.

IMO.
