Man I wish that would do it. Just don't think it will. I think Briere has 3yrs at something like 7 mil, 3 mil, and 3 mil. He's a bargain after this year and a playoff stud...something is tellin me "no Mcnabb, no Briere" lol

Why would anyone want Thornton? The dude is old and sucks in the playoffs. I rather have Grigorenko and Ennis.

Thornton has taken 248 playoff shots on goal(114 games) and scored 20 goals(8%), he's never gotten over 3 goals in a playoff year. He only gets points in a teams loss, he is the guy who gets a few 3rd period assists in a game where his team lost 7-3. What has he ever done? Nothing and he's been on teams loaded with talent.
