I was way off, I was looking up old Priest and Maiden.
Don't follow SK much, His death was a couple years ago if I remember, did they get another bassist and continue on? Sucks when that happens, allot of bands disband after losing someone.

Yup.. they are finally back on tour together right now for the inaugural Knotfest with some huge bands.. im going to it in a few weeks... Cannibal corpse. Dethklok, deftones, lamb of god, gojira.. and more too...

Lead singer corey taylor and guitar james root went and did work in the band Stone Sour for awhile.. love that band too.. they have had a bunch of good ones.. through the glass, wicked game cover, and most popular was Say You'll haunt Me and Bother.

Ive lived in Des Moines for about 2 years now which is where all of the slipknot guys r from.. you see them all the time at bars, golfing, car shows, other concerts...

I saw joey jordison at a mac miller show that my brother in law dragged me to.
