I wonder if the yankees are even anyway effected by this luxury tax, to me that shows that mlb as a league needs some fixing.

Yeah, that's a good way for the NHL to go. Six teams that can go all out and the rest will be feeder teams. I'm sure the fans in Nashville, Carolina, Florida, and the list goes on, would appreciate that.

yeah i think it would be a terrible idea f they go that way, but the nhlpa does have fehr and i believe he was a major component to the luxury tax system in baseball so i wouldnt be shocked if he is proposing it

he believes that his ntc (limited) was still in place after he was traded from edmonton and he wasnt asked to waive it, so he filed a grievance but he also said he wouldnt mind playing for the isles (which confused me-if you dont mind then why file?)

Visnovsky said when he was traded to Anaheim he had a restricted 10 teams he could be traded to.

Anaheim said he waived it, when he went to there.
