I'm talking about talent here, because obviously they won less times than these guys.

Kamloops didn't have ALL these guys at once. Same for Windsor.

Blacker wasn't dominant back then, Panik barely even played with Windsor in 2009-2010, getting traded mid-season, Watson played half the year there.
Kassian is a goon.

(frank) cares about talent if it doesn't = victories. Face it. Your precious Sea Dogs are nothing more than the 05 London Knights.

Kamloops had most of those guys at once. Except Hirsch, Sydor and Nieds that was basically the 1995 team.

(frank) cares if they were spare parts. You're gloating about overagers and 19 yr olds on the 4th line. The rest of that team still would've stomped the Richards of the Dogs.

So why did they only win 1 title if they were the best Junior team ever? Posts? Bad ice? Refs? Gomez?
- DTF69

Because they are humans and they (frank)ing lifted their feet from the pedal.

They destroyed the 'Q three years in a row. Most of the time in the playoffs sweeping their series, or winning in 5 games.

They won last year's Memorial cup with much ease. You have to have a pretty good coach and have pretty dedicated players to repeat at the memorial cup. It's the hardest trophy to win in hockey.

They were the most talented team in junior hockey, that I have no doubt, and you will never make me say otherwise.

Maybe those other teams were better as a team though, and sincerely I don't even care. My point was that with that much talent on that team, Beaulieu couldn't stand out as much as PK Subban on a very average Belleville Bulls. I never said they were the best, I said 'probably' the best. Arguably, take the word you want. They deserve to be in that conversation.

I didn't say they were HEADS above the other junior dynasties. Far from that.

Now if you wish, I will go to bed.

Hmm so talented they didn't need to win. I guess those other teams that were repeat champions weren't human and didn't want that victory very much. I suppose those teams weren't well coached, talented or dedicated enough either. Because obviously the Dogs were and thats why they couldn't win.

This couldn't be your French pride blocking your ability to comprehend things. If they deserved to be in the conversation they would have won. Lots of teams win a single championship. They are in that conversation. They are not in with the teams that won multiple ones in a short span of time. They are the 99 Stars. Not the 90-00s Avs, Wings or Devils, in NHL terms.

Beaulieu certainly is.

He's not as ready as PK was at the same age, as far as physical strenght goes, as PK is a training freak, but Beaulieu certainly has a potential as high as PK does.

PK had a crazy developmental curve, that not many players have.

And we probably won't see Beaulieu before the 2013-2014 season in Montréal.

But Beaulieu is a blue chipper nonetheless.

He's as complete as PK is. He will have to develop his D game just like PK did in Hamilton. He already is better than PK to pick his spots on when to carry the puck or not. He's a better fighter than PK, he's bigger and if that's even possible, he's a more fluent skater.

The only area he is behind Subban is in the physical department.

No, he isn't.

On paper, the Sea Dogs are more talented than Kamloops, Medecine Hat and Windsor.

I'm not familiar with all the players and how good they were in junior for Kamloops and the Tigers but Windsor didn't have the talent the Dogs had.

I've never seen a team as stacked as that.

Even though next year's Halifax team could challenge it with the talented forwards they have. Their D is not as good though, but they have a way better goalie in Fucale.
