I find it much easier to read in a book. And I get more into the story.

Just like when you watch a movie at the theater or at home. Much better experience to read a book than an e-book.

I partly disagree. Reading a book on an iPad sucks, but it rocks on a Reader. I find it actually less tiring on the eyes than a real book (talking about the Sony one, can't talk about the others)

aside from the fact that your analogy makes no sense whatsoever, i see your point. i do both. if it's a stupid book i'm reading for pure entertainment, i'll read on the ereader. but certain books i'd rather buy. but there's no denying the convenience factor with ebooks, especially when travelling or nowhere near a book store.

the ipad screen is glossy whereas the ereader is matted and duller, much easier on the eyes.

Got to say I've never tried on a true e-reader, as I am a poor student and only could afford one gadget, so I bought the cheepest tablet ,the playbook.

I'm trying to watch gymnastics but Kyle Shewfelt's extreme flamboyance as a commentator is incredibly distracting. he just growled after some girl made a flip.

As said I've never tried with a reader, but I don't see what it can bring more than a book. Besides saving space.
