We've had such an average team for so long that we are used to judging strictly the numbers.

Its so much more than just the total # of goals put in the net. Its about putting pucks in the net at crucial times. Its about scoring the type of goals you teamates can't. Like Drury's goal(sorry to bring him up) against NY in 07. We haven't had a memory like that, since then.

I would be sad to see Foligno go, but if it brought a guy like Ryan in, I am for it.

He's a great penalty killer. He gets into the other teams heads and gets us power play opportunities. He crushes people with hits. Plus, he'll drop down to block shots - even when just coming back from injury. Who else on the team does all of that ?

Kaleta is a good energy player that helps this team with toughness...he is the perfect 4th line winger on a team that could potentially have 3 quality right wingers.

Sign me up. Word out of SJ is that they want to make some changes, yes? Though, I'm not sure trading away a guy like Clowe is necessarily going in the right direction for them.

Ryan Whitney drove me insane when he was in Pittsburgh, so soft and his offensive ability was overrated. His best asset was his ability to make a great break out pass, however that was shot if he had any pressure on him at all.

Kaleta is a good energy player that helps this team with toughness...he is the perfect 4th line winger on a team that could potentially have 3 quality right wingers.
