Lindros is a good one..

F Brett Hull. He still won't fess up.

Messier.. Could you imagine him wearing the "C"?!

Ok I am done with the dream list

Like the Kaleta signing. A lot.

Ennis will get $3-$3.5 million over 4 years. Teams like Buffalo have to pay for potential, and Ennis has a good upside

He DID .. then laughed about it . said . oh well done and over

Just heard from someone who spoke to ennis directly and the Sabres offered 4yr/ 10.5mill. Ennis camp is holding out for more $, but this is good news if we can lock up ennis for a 4 yr period at a good cap hit. The longer the term the better for the Sabres

low balling your #1 center? Interesting.

He isn't a 1st line center. He put up points playing against the other teams 3rd line.

I think he can be a Brier type #1 center. An offensive guy with questionable size and defensive ability. Time will tell if he ever hits that level.

I think people put to much faith into potential.

Ennis and Hodgson are nothing more than 2nd line centerman.

People are to quick to annoint rather than actually seeing what's there.

Just my opinion.

Fav player who never played for buffalo? Hmmm.. Tough Question... Easy answer is Gretzky or Lemeuix.... I have a hockey man crush on Rick Nash, and was drooling over his trade prospects... Now I hate him for going to the Rangers....

It has to be Mike Modano. LOVED the way he skated... So smooth... Great player

- edwinsagain

Tough to answer by just picking one. In no particular order my list would include:

Bobby Orr
Guy LaFleur
Steve Yzerman
Joe Sakic
Mark Messier (minus the NYR years)

I loved the interview he did after the injury and asked why the difference .said " saw the ice from the upper lever and studied it and figured out what he was doing wrong position wise and corrected it .

Ennis definitely needs to bulk up, even at the expense of a bit of his speed (which he has enough of anyway)
