Interesting, Lu is doing well in voting for the MVP of a Presidents' winning team.
yet he has no value to non-playoff teams
hmmmmm |

My problem with Kesler is his diving and yapping to the refs. I have no problem with him getting under the skin of other players on other teams , but he has to stop being so self centered and become a team player. - VANTEL
Totally agree tough to defend him a legit top player when he dives. |

Ballard, for all the sh!t he has to take. |

IMO, anyone who says they wouldn't deal Kesler is lying.
you do it for the right price, but that price is a steep one.
but that being said, i doubt there is a deal out there right now that I would move Kesler in. - IanEsplen
I think there are a few teams that could use him . For me it would be a trade like SJ PHI Pitt. You need to find a team with quality to come back .
A Sean Couturier Luke Schenn and Simmonds for Kesler Edler trade is something Gillis could look at or James Neale + very good D for the same two guys. It is out there but some team needs a Kesler Edler |

That is why I don't mind if he stays until his value grows. |

Well then I need the Coyotes to pay for "Heavy Haulers" to bring Doan's house to Vancouver |

Fosco voted twice - Bieksa#3
Nah, haven't voted yet, but Edler didn't play MVP-like for long enough to warrant a vote, IMO.
I'd go Lou/Schneider, with honourable mentions going to Burrows, Hank, and Hamhuis. |

We're just trying to raise his stock for a trade. |

It's a good thing GMs are actually smart and our opinion means squat
It is funny how we get into these big heated talks with other fans and GMs have their own agenda.

When so much of what they do offensively is as a duo, I find it hard to believe anybody would take Danny over Hank. Hank is a much more rounded player in a more critical position |

I think Mason's play was inspirational to the rest of the team.
Anytime someone watched him play they knew they could do more. |

One of the things I was looking at is how Canucks spend their money. As fans although we are not experts we are not bind also.
Daniel and Kesler have 6 % of the votes combined while Burrows has 6 % by himself. Daniel and Kesler have a combined 11 mil in salary while AB eats up 2 mil.
Add in Booths 4.2 and Ballards 4.2 that is close to 20 mil .
I am not arguing that Hanks value is worth 6.1 mil but I think we overpaid Daniel. |

Kesler for Kronwall and Filpula - Bieksa#3
Haha! That's silly The last thing Detroit can afford to do is weaken it's blueline any further. Besides, after Kesler's down year and Filpula's career year, the value is off. |

Twins are a package deal. Where else could we get their points for the same combined cap hit.
I agree that Ballard and Booth hurt us cap wise vs productivity. I am hoping Booth finds his groove, or it could hurt us. If Ballard is used properly his cap is not so bad, but that will not happen under AV.
I have more issues with Booth and Ballards 8.4 cap hit than Hank and Dank's 12.2 |

Nonsense. Toronto fans have their finger on the pulse—they know exactly what other GMs are willing to pay/not pay for Lou, which is why the Canucks should take Komi and a 3rd, and just be thankful they are getting rid of that albatross 12 year contract. |
