I agree for sure, I want Ryan.

He would would officially change the way this team looks.

I'm very hesistant on trading Ennis, I would Trade Grigerenko first.

- Morskdog89

I would not want to trade either. If first round picks and our plethora of D-men and drew Staddord aren't good enough. Then its not meant to be.

No way you trade Grigerenko Ennis is small and yes even if he is good at center he is still small look at the Flyers they put Danny B. on the wing for some time.

True, well he hasn't played in the NHL.

Trust me I don't want to trade him, but I really love Ennis.

And people can call me insane, but I truley watch a ton of hockey and coach kids and love the game and really pay attention to little things. Ennis has pregressed unbelieveably in his own zone.

He drives to the net and gets there. We can go back and forth all day, but Ennis will have a great NHL career.

I want Ryan, I just won't trade Ennis for him.

After reading through some of the pages....

There is a lot of real and I believe true chatter about Buffalo and Ryan, and I do believe Anaheim wants Ennis...

I don't do it, unless it's Ennis and a 1st. That's it. Not a huge package. Ennis will be a very good NHL player. I believe he has what it takes to be very similar to danny briere. Even when Ennis first got called up at 20 years old as a rookie and played in his first NHL playoffs series against the Bruins, Ennis played awesome.

We all know he is small but he is not afraid of going to the net. I won't hate Darcy if he doesn't pull the trigger on a guy that barelly out scores Drew Stafford with linemates of Getzlaf and last years NHL MVP Perry.

I want Ryan but I would not throw the sink at him, especially with Ennis who may have a better NHL career than the guy we trade for.

If the Sabres dont do anything else, I'm fine with letting the team mature and go through this "re build" with the youth. Then next year make some tough decisions.

I cannot stress enough how little Bobby played with Getz and Perry. Living here and going to and watching nearly every Ducks game, it is very emminent that bobby is the one they move. I promise you that his numbers are coming from Second and Third lines and Second Powerplay.

I don't think that saying he's on the line with Getz and Perry is accurate. He maybe played the equivalent of 5 games with them the entire season.

DD has been saying this since the conversation of Bobby getting traded to Buffalo started.

Yeah that's fine, he is back at centre though because they were loaded. Then they traded those centers because they had Danny B.

saying Ennis is small is really annoying. Obviously he is. He plays hard and goes to the dirty areas. He is a good player.

Terrible post: grigorenko has 10x more potential then Ennis. Typically buffalo fan overrating there players. I seriously think Ennis is the new vanek. Ennis has never had a 50 point season EVER. At best is a 2nd line center He isn't even hold at faceoffs! Bobby Ryan still even has untapped potential ...

Mostly because they haven't gotten thier shot yet. These guys are 22-24, not 27-30. At this rate, NHL caliber players are going to be pushed down to the AHL and to the pressbox.

LOL I'm sorry I said Grigerenko!!!

Everyone get off me!! I'm just saying he hasn't played a game yet!!

I'm super pumped for him, trust me.

I just think Ennis is really underappreciated on this board just because he is SMALL.

I guess I think so highly of Ennis, I'm over doing it. But I don't use Ennis in the trade for Ryan.

I love you guys!

It doesn't matter if he's on a line with Getzlaf or Perry or not. The fact that they are on the team means teams game plan around those two, not Bobby Ryan. He flies under the radar, so to speak. If he's not on his line, he faces weaker matchups. If he is on their line, the focus is still on the other two because they can do more damage. Think Vanek Roy Afinogenov in 2006 and 2007. Does that mean Bobby Ryan won't help this team, or be a tremendous asset? No, it does not, but to dismiss the fact that he is on a team with elite talent such as Corey Perry and Ryan Getzlaf, whether he was on their line or not, is very shortsighted.

Think of it this way: if you're playing the Ducks, who are you going to put your best shutdown line against, Getzlaf and Perry's line, or Bobby Ryan's line? Unless you are throwing the game for betting purposes, the answer is always the former unless you're incompetent.

lol OMG, Terrible post???

It's an opinion. That is all. Grigerenko definately has more potential. I wouldnt even argue it.

Is ennis potential tapped??????????????

he is 22! Just got his shot at center, and shined. I'm not dogging Bobby Ryan.

Kassian had a ton of potential, I could go on.

No one knows how anyone will turn out. Grigerenko could be a bust, I would hate to see that, but it could happen. And if you think at Ennis' best he is a 2nd line center.... is that terrible??
