Lets break it down:

Bruins- The bruins GM a couple days ago said in a press conference: The Bruins DO NOT want to blow up the roster and Lucic / Kreji will not be traded. Plus the Bruins right now have 200K in salary cap space. Kreji / Ryan have basically the same salary

So hockeyinsider rumor = fail

Flyers- Read / Mezeros / 1st - the Ducks want a schenn or Sean Courtiour. The Ducks GM isnt an idiot. He wont get low balled for Bobby Ryan!

So hockeyinsider = not fail but VERY unlikely the flyers give up key young players on there roster. The educated guess is the offer he tweeted.

Plus post weber offer sheet the flyers GM had a press conference. Go listen to it. He likes his current roster with his young players.

I don't follow the Bills as closely like some of you guys but they seem to have improved their defensive front which should be worth a couple of W's to get them in the wild card hunt.

As for the Sabres, I don't think Regier is done and here's just a couple of thoughts.

1. Ryan or Duchene? They have the pieces to get either.

2. It appears they need a 3rd line center as Ennis and Hodge are the 1 and 2's. I would think they could sign Arnott or take a flyer on Gilbert Brule on a 1 year deal.

3. They might want to see how Grigs does in camp but they could make a deal for a Sam Gagner or Josh Bailey and it won't cost much. Brendan Morrow could be an interesting move as well. I really think Gagner would be the guy here.

4. I find it interesting that our #1 center isn't even signed yet. Do you?

5. We have about $10M in cap space and we are not done.

Sekera for Hartnell?

I just don't get it... either Anaheim holds Pysyk in REALLY high regard.. or they do just hate Boston...

I honestly say this team would be better with Grigorenko or Girgensons at center with Ryan as a winger.. than it would be as it is now with neither Grigs or Girgensons on the team..

AT THE SAME TIME... I will say that Ryan is a 30/30 player with Getzlaf and Perry on the same line.. that is his limit then.. he will not play with that much talent in buffalo.

Yeah i think the trade offer hockey insider posted for Bobby Ryan ....... I think those players will be used to get Keith Yandle from the Coyates.

But thats just my opinion ......

I really do think the Sabres are the only ones in the Bobby Ryan race ..... the bruins and flyers are just pretendors.

You know what ...... i think that roster is possible this year. I have been saying ..... Girgensons / first round picks possibly can play right away in the NHL. At the 14th pick ..... he will 100% possibly be fighting for a roster spot. With the way he plays ...... Ott / Leino would be a perfect fit!

Then Grigorenko- If your seriously starting him in the NHL. The 2nd line is perfect ..... he needs skill players around him to use him the right way. So poms / Foligno would be an ideal play to put him.

And im assuming Stafford / ennis for Ryan?

I dont follow the insider but my instincts tell me somthings brewing with Darcy on the Ryan front.No sources just a feeling.As for Boston I also agree.I dont see any major upgrades happening there.IMO Boston is a weaker team then a year ago and thats where they will remain.
