My buddy whos an NY Ranger fan told me this little rumor "pre nash trade" that ALMOST happened:

Gaborik for Pavelski / Boyle from the sharks- So i can see the Rangers trading for a top 4 D and another center. The Rangers issues are center depth and d depth.

And i agree with your TSN guys doan opinions. Right now the Sabres Roster cant be too appealing no matter how much money they throw at Doan. Adding Bobby Ryan would atleast show that they are " serious" about winning a cup and want to continue to get better.

If the sabres dont get either Ryan or Doan ...... im calling it a "rebuilding year"

I agree that the Canes got a lot better.. I also think that the Jets got a lot beter as well.. But the Bolts still have goaltending issues..

Yup i can see that happen ......... seriously think about it:

Darcy without making trades is banking on "potential":

Hodgson- Yes TONS of number 1 center potential. Smart, hands, shot, ETC. Will he step up and be the man?? I cant 100% say for sure he does. I believe in his potential but i need to see it happen

Ennis (25 games at Center)- Played unreal hockey at center for 25 games! But the foligno ennis stafford line there is no 100% gurentee that they will do what they did last year. I believe it can but need to see it happen

Grigorenko- This kid has all the talent in the world! Was a top 3 pick for 90% of last year. I believe in his potential ...but an 18 step up right away?? Once again i need to see it happen!

So what are the odds that all 3 young centers step up???

Bolts traded for Lineback (pekka rinnes back up) - he showed potential. another big bodied goalie that has good movement. I would say thats an upgrade over roloston.

Canes - obviously got better

Caps- they still have a GODLY roster and they found a franchise goalie in Holtpy

Panthers- what you dont know is: the panthers have had some unreal drafts recently. Some of there prospects are REAL studs. So add them to there good (not great roster) they will be VERY competitve for a playoff spot.

That guy is pretty credible too go back and read all of his tweets he was spot on with suter and parise before anyone else and confirmed gagner, semin, nash to the rags among others

Yeah i agree with the Bolts point ....but any goalie will be better then Roloston

panthers have a GREAT goalie propsect in Jacob Markstrom. Maybe he starts in the AHL this year.

A 20 year old playing with mostly 17, 18 year olds is a HUGE difference aka why he put up massive numbers
