well we do have the money. and its not like those issues cant be fixed by buying out someone elses contract since Pegula could easily do that. i WAS a fan of the move but i agree that he's so vastly underperformed, its mind boggling that he makes more than 1.5 mil a year

Yeah 1.5 would be a good number for him. I mean he's never even come close to scoring 20 goals in his life and it's not like he's 20 and ready to break out. Sometimes I just don't get it. Also while other team's are constructing contracts to lower cap hits Darcy goes straight across the board with Myers, Leino, and Ehrhoff. Why?

Can't remember what twitter feed but heard & read sources said that it is a done deal...announcement today or tomorrow

That was that hockeyyinsiderr hack. I dont believe anything he says anymore. I found he makes obvious statements weeks in advanced, and then when it actually happens he gloats that he called it weeks ago.

He had Ennis resigning as a done deal. not sure of term though a week or so ago. Basically everyone knows this is going to get done, i am going to put it out there first so when it happens i can gloat about it.

maybe this is an example of maybe you should have read the blog, Ennis scored 20 in the 2010-11 season and 15 last season is close and he would have got 20 if not for 2 injuries
