I would do it. Can probably get Hall/Eberle at 5.5/6 per season now for 7-10 years each.

If Ebs gets another 70+ point season and Hall matches his pace and remains healthy all year, these guys are in the 7 mil range, but shorter term most likely with new CBA.

If the Oilers are allowed to at least extend Hall and Ebs (going in their last year of ELC), I say do it!

I hope they try to extend before the new CBA just for the fact that it's possible they would not be able to offer more than a 5 year contract.

Probably get them for cheaper cap hit too if done sooner than later.

I say, extend Hall/Ebs and Smid for now before the new CBA drops.

Cloutier is way too high on Klefbom at the moment, the kid is hyped as an offensive dmen yet he hasn't done anything special in the swedish league. he has good size and I feel there is a great upside in his game but it will take years before he is NHL ready.
