Right now. As in this or next season. In the future, yes the oilers, and when that day comes, when the Canucks are as bad as the leafs, we can have this conversation again. But right now the Canucks are the best team in Canada. No contest.

I've met a few Canucks fans, who were nice guys. Very smart. The rest can all fall off the face off the earth, along with the team. That being said, you can't deny they are Canadas best hope for a cup right now.

I agree, there are many Nuck fans who are smart, informed and eloquent, and who conduct themselves in a respectable fashion. There are however a high number who do not. Now don't get me wrong, every team has such a segment of fans, it just so happens that the Nuck fans are the ones getting in everybody's grills at this time, so they are the "enemy du jour".

Ottawa, the capital city of Canada had a team make the playoffs as well. They also won 3 games. Vancouver won 1.
