At that Height, what do you think your natural weight should be? I'm just shy of 6'-0" and I've floated around 190-200 ever since I was 20. I know as a non-professional athlete lol that my natural weight should be around the low 180's I'm doing the same thing eating the right portions and staying away from deep fried mars bars. I'm 190 now after a couple weeks of trying so I hope soon to be down to 180.

I read that a healthy weight as far as BMI goes is about 150 to 155lbs for my weight. So I'm aiming for 150lbs. I think it's a bit more complicated than just that, if you wanted to be exact you'd need to get a body composition analysis which would detail your actual body fat percentage, how much is water weight, etc.

I use this app (it's a website too) called myfitnesspal. It's pretty helpful to help you set your goals (both long term and daily) and tracking your daily calorie intake and how much you burn through activity.

I never got into the whole BMI thing, I know my dads treadmill counts heartrate, BMI, fat% etc... I knew though that I was at the edge of my scale though like 18-19% body fat and I should be like 15-16
